Please all 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. While we make every effort to fulfill our customers orders as quick as possible, Sophie Mo's does have an owner who is a full time college and student-athlete.

We typically ship across the country once address is verified!

How long will my order take?

After placing your order with us, it should take 1-3 business days to be packaged, labeled, and shipped. Between 4-7 business days, your mailbox will hold happy mail with Sophie Mo's!

Customized orders will be delayed by 1-3 days, to ensure that it is fit to perfection at our best for our customer.

Do y'all take custom orders?

100% yes! Our team is always down to trying new things and opening the spectrum a little wider in order to fulfill the customers wishes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with tags, original condition, not worn or not used, and the packaging that it was sent in originally. Proof of purchase is also required.

We have a 20-day return policy, meaning that the user has 20 days to request a return after receiving their item.

How do I ship my order back to you?

To start a return, please fill out the contact page or email us at sophiemosjewelry.com. Once return is approved, our team will send a shipping label with further instructions attached. Please consider that all returns will be shipped back to our original address.
